Order Placement & Payments Policy
ORDER PLACEMENT & PAYMENTS
Order lead times vary based on the item and level of customization.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Remaining balances are due 72 hours before pickup for standard orders and 7 days before pickup for custom orders, unless otherwise stated.
Failure to submit final payment by the deadline will result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & STORE CREDIT
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance (or 7+ days for custom orders) may be eligible for store credit only, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made less than the stated notice period are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Store credit must be used within 90 days and is non-transferable.
RESCHEDULING ORDERS
One (1) reschedule may be permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made within 7 days of pickup are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of payment.
PICKUP, DELIVERY, & NO-SHOWS
Customers are responsible for picking up orders within the agreed pickup window.
Late pickups may result in a late fee or forfeiture if not communicated.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours are considered abandoned.
Tastefully Sweets is not responsible for damage once an order has been picked up.
CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGN VARIATIONS
Inspiration photos are used as a guide. Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Minor variations in color, design, placement, or decoration are normal and not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for approving spelling, colors, and design details at the time of ordering.
QUALITY & SATISFACTION
All items are prepared fresh and handled with care.
Any quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup with clear photos.
Taste preferences are subjective and are not grounds for refunds.
ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Tastefully Sweets is a home-based cottage bakery.
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies prior to ordering.
WEATHER & UNFORSEEN EVENTS
In the event of severe weather, illness, power outages, or emergencies beyond our control, orders may be rescheduled or issued store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Tastefully Sweets reserves the right to photograph completed orders for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing prior to pickup.
ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES
Placing an order with Tastefully Sweets constitutes acceptance of all listed policies.
