Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Remaining balances are due 72 hours before pickup for standard orders and 7 days before pickup for custom orders, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancellations and reschedule requests may be eligible for store credit only, depending on notice provided and availability.
